Visit to Cadaqués Residencial

On February 24, 2023, second semester students visit the Cadaqués Residencial, a mixed-use real estate complex that will be, once completed, the tallest building in Aguascalientes.

The architect Roberto Cervantes Madrigal, director of the development company, led the group of students during the visit, explained the details for carrying out a project of this magnitude and took them to see the foundation work and preparation of sample apartments. .

The complex is classified as mixed use since it will have a commercial area, offices, apartments and a parking area.

The visit also included the participation of Eng. Edgar Fernández, the project's calculator, who explained to the attendees the structural approach with which they faced the challenge of building what will be the tallest building in the region.

Architect Cervantes Madrigal concluded the presentation by explaining to the students the competitive commercial approach with which Cadaqués Residencial is positioning itself to sell its properties before opening, which consists of an economic and productive mix with which, thanks to being a comprehensive company without depending on suppliers, it manages to launch real estate products with luxury finishes on the market at a price that is difficult to beat by competing developers.
