UP SAFE, presentation of the project.
Final result: a community plaza in front of the main gate of the university.
June 2023.
UP Safe is an important project in development nowadays at the School of Architecture at Universidad Panamericana campus Bonaterra.
UP Safe was created as a collaboration development in team with the community of the university and the neighbors of our campus to provide a solution based on architecture to solve the problems of quality of life we face in the neighborhood.
The project, which was developed from January to May 2023, had an advisory session on behalf of our international consultors by the end of May. Then some improvements were added to the project and a final rendering was done.
The project has participants from different fronts, for instance students, professors, representatives of the neighbors, security personnel of the university and international consultors.
The managers of the projects, members of the School of Architecture, are focused on the realization of the proposal as a real project to positively affect the neighborhood surrounding the campus.
Given the moment, the project will be shown to the municipality to get cooperation and permission for its implementation.
