TEN Architects.
On May 21 and 22, 2026, the Federation of Colleges of Architects of the Mexican Republic (FCARM) held its 119th National Assembly in the city of Aguascalientes, hosted by the local College of Architects. Within the framework of this gathering, the 5th Youth Jamboree FCARM took place. A space dedicated to training, exchange, and creativity for architecture students from across the country.
The School of Architecture of Universidad Panamericana was invited to participate in the cycle of lectures and workshops. Representing the student body were Andra Paola Medina Fuerte, Aline Anduaga Morán, Andrea Dena Esquivel, and Erick David Chávez Vázquez, who joined activities alongside peers from various universities.
Throughout the sessions, students had the opportunity to listen and to interact with renowned architects such as Félix Sánchez, Javier Sánchez, Mauricio Rocha, Enrique Norten, Augusto Quijano, and Francisco Serrano, distinguished figures with significant national and international careers.
During the Youth Jamboree workshop, participants worked under the guidance of prestigious academic tutors, including Fernando Gómez, Rafael Pardo, Manuel Herrera, Carlos Patrón, Luis Peniche, Josefina Rivas, and José Lavalle. The program began with an integration activity led by architects Lucio Muniain, Armando Gómez, and Abraham Cota Paredes, who successfully fostered an atmosphere of trust and collaboration among attendees.
The event concluded with a moment of great pride for our community: Andrea Dena Esquivel, an eighth-semester student, earned first place at the 5th Youth Jamboree FCARM, reaffirming the talent and commitment of the School of Architecture at Universidad Panamericana on the national stage.
