Attending the ULI Fall Meeting 2022

Every year, at the end of October, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) holds their Fall Meeting. During 2023, the venue was the city of Dallas in Texas, U.S.A.

During the Fall Meetings, there are several lectures about different topics covering the issues regarding the real estate industry.

Nowadays ULI is focusing on inclusion and sustainability, but never forgetting que business part. In this regard, women and minorities are the most important stakeholders of the operation.

The dean of the School of Architecture in Universidad Panamericana in Aguascalientes, Mr. Luis Arturo Méndez Alba, attended the event as associate of ULI and as part of the Mexican delegation.

During the event, our dean was able to participate in different activities and visits to buildings and neighborhood to witness community development.
