ARQUIEXPO X

The School of Architecture at Universidad Panamericana, Bonaterra Campus, successfully hosted the tenth edition of ArquiExpo, an academic event held each semester showcasing projects and models created by students across different levels. This edition featured the participation of students from the second, fourth, sixth, eighth, and tenth semesters, who proudly shared the results of their work.

The exhibition welcomed parents, friends, and invited guests, who recognized the effort and dedication reflected in each model, drawing, and portfolio developed throughout the semester.

During the inauguration, Dean Mtro. Luis Arturo Méndez Alba presented a report on the activities carried out by the School of Architecture during the concluded semester, as well as projects planned for the upcoming academic period beginning in August. Among the highlights was an academic trip to Japan, where a select group of students, accompanied by the Dean, will visit four cities in the Asian country and engage in dialogue with internationally renowned architects.

The event also featured the presence of Vice-Rector Dr. Jorge Enrique Franco López, who delivered an inspiring message to the students, encouraging them to continue their education with enthusiasm and commitment. Later, the Vice-Rector and the Dean presented diplomas and awards to the best projects from each class, both individual and team-based. The awarded students were:

In this edition, tenth-semester students presented their final portfolios for the Titulación II course, marking the culmination of five years of academic training. Additionally, students will take the General Undergraduate Exit Exam (EGEL), which comprehensively evaluates the knowledge acquired throughout their degree.

ArquiExpo X was consolidated as an academic and cultural celebration that brought together the first five graduating classes of the School of Architecture, reaffirming Universidad Panamericana’s commitment to educational excellence and the holistic development of its students.
